Denver therapy for trauma, anxiety, and attachment

Therapy that works beneath the surface

Many of our clients come to us after years of doing “the work”. They have all the insight, self-awareness, and a toolbox full of coping skills, yet they still feel stuck - in old patterns, stories, and relationship dynamics that just aren’t serving them anymore.

When we’ve experienced trauma, the roots of our wounds live in our nervous system and can’t be reached through insight alone.

That gap is where we work. Our approach integrates attachment, neuroscience, and somatics to support meaningful, lasting healing at the root.

Meet Chadley
LCSW, LICSW, LMFT

I built my practice around the healing power of connection. In our work together, my focus is on you - knowing you, honoring you, holding you in your pain - and on us - doing my part in cultivating a bond that can carry us through both the heaviness and beauty of therapy together.

What I love most about being a therapist is developing such deep, meaningful relationships with my clients as I help them heal from the hurt they’ve experienced in other relationships.

Staying true to the values that underpin my work with clients, I’m not in this alone either. Jordan Kurtz, my co-therapist, has been alongside me for over four years and is an integral part of my practice. Whether you work directly with me or with Jordan, know that you have the collective care and experience of both of us supporting you every step of the way.

Our Connection-Centered, Somatic Approach to Therapy

Our approach is guided by a simple belief: healing happens when we feel safe enough to reconnect - with ourselves, with others, and with the parts of us that have carried pain for far too long.

We Are Wounded in Relationship and We Heal in Relationship

Connection, both with ourselves and others, is at the heart of healing. Disconnection is often at the root of so much pain.

For those who have experienced the isolation and self-protection that often come with trauma, working with a therapist who is attuned, genuine, and deeply invested in your healing can be transformative in and of itself.

Healing The Places Insight Alone Can’t Reach

Therapy is about so much more than just talking it out. Sustainable growth happens when we move toward the parts of our experience that live beneath the surface and intellect.

Our team of two trauma specialists is dedicated to this depth of care, collectively bringing over 10,000 hours of specialized clinical experience and advanced training to each session.

By integrating somatic and attachment-focused therapies with neuroscience, we help our clients move beyond just understanding their story and into nervous system-level healing that allows for lasting change.
